I cannot believe what an amazing business you run! I purchased my '98 Firebird from you in April '04 and love it to death! Your business is no ordinary business. From the time I stepped onto the lot I knew that I was going to get respect, answers, and courtesy from your fine staff. Your follow up service is exceptional. My car had two minor quirks with it. One, the week I purchased it I noticed it did not have an air filter. I contacted you guys and you said to buy a new filter and fax you the reciept for reimbursement. Amazing!! I never would have expected a car dealership to do such things. Two, the car was continually burning out the right front turn signal. I came in today to ask you about it and your friendly salesman (I did not get his name but he was on crutches) immediately came out and looked at my car, directed me to the back and fixed my car immediately! I was amazed, I thought that I was going to either have to wait or come back on another day but you proved me wrong and won a customer for life in the process. I recommend you guys to everyone because of this. I can honestly say my next vehicle will come from your lot just as the wonderful one I am driving today has. We want you to leave with your new vehicle feeling confident about your purchase and certain that you will not have any problems with your new car. For this reason, every car we sell comes with a 3 month or 4,500 mile warranty.
Unfortunately, problems do occasionally occur months or years after a vehicle is purchased. We have warranties tailored to meet any set of circumstances. Many times used vehicles will still be covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty. In those situations, our warranties can be purchased in addition to the standard manufacturer’s warranty. That means that problems with your vehicle are covered long after the manufacturer’s warranty would have expired. For vehicles that are no longer under the manufacturer’s warranty, we can sell warranties that will cover up to 36 months and unlimited mileage.
We have relationships with several different warranty companies and will guide you to the one that makes the most sense for your particular vehicle.
