I cannot believe what an amazing business you run! I purchased my '98 Firebird from you in April '04 and love it to death! Your business is no ordinary business. From the time I stepped onto the lot I knew that I was going to get respect, answers, and courtesy from your fine staff. Your follow up service is exceptional. My car had two minor quirks with it. One, the week I purchased it I noticed it did not have an air filter. I contacted you guys and you said to buy a new filter and fax you the reciept for reimbursement. Amazing!! I never would have expected a car dealership to do such things. Two, the car was continually burning out the right front turn signal. I came in today to ask you about it and your friendly salesman (I did not get his name but he was on crutches) immediately came out and looked at my car, directed me to the back and fixed my car immediately! I was amazed, I thought that I was going to either have to wait or come back on another day but you proved me wrong and won a customer for life in the process. I recommend you guys to everyone because of this. I can honestly say my next vehicle will come from your lot just as the wonderful one I am driving today has.
